Mrs. Kayla Downer To All Instructors

Kayla teaches Preschool/Kindergarten class at Cornerstone. She and her husband Paul live in Annandale with their four children. They’ve been homeschooling for the past four years and are so grateful to be a part of the Cornerstone community.

She received a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology: Allied Health, and then a Master’s in Library and Information Science. After her schooling she spent 12 years as a public librarian, where one of the things she enjoyed most was planning and implementing children’s programming.

She looks forward to bringing her love of books and learning into a Christ-centered classroom for your little ones!
